A longtime PGA member, Mark Rickard has developed and produced six feature films, working alongside Hollywood luminaries like Terrence Malick and Brett Leonard. He was a producer on the 2019 film “Run The Race” which was distributed by Roadside Attractions, and garnered a top-5 per-screen box office opening. In 2017, Mr. Rickard founded the immersive entertainment company, Virtuality, which specializes in cutting-edge content like the VR dance series from “America’s Got Talent” finalists, Light Balance, and several VR and holographic music experiences for Capitol Records. The company also created the first-ever volumetric adaptation of William Shakespeare’s work, called “Shakesperiences.” Mr. Rickard will seek to again break new ground producing adaptations of major IP, as with the forthcoming “MacGyver VR Escape Rooms”, and the Arthur C. Clarke Award-winning novel, VURT, by Jeff Noon, for which he and his team have also secured a series-development deal at Netflix.
