Barrett Brown is BUCK’s Director of Talent Operations and is dedicated to unleashing the potential of artists and creatives. With a background in animation from Ringling College of Art and Design, Barrett’s career journey evolved from animator to producer, shaping her deep understanding of storytelling and visual communication. For over eight years working in creative resourcing and hiring, she channels this expertise to strategically connect artists with projects where they can shine. Barrett has worked on global brands Spotify, Adobe, and Airbnb, and contributed to sourcing talent for the animated feature film “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” and Netflix’s anthology series “We The People”.
