Keram founded both VRTO (Toronto’s premier VR conference and meetup group) and FIVARS (Festival of International Virtual and Augmented Reality Stories) in 2015. Both events are now virtual on the Mozilla Hubs platform offering a combination of immersive experiences, symposia and business networking. A graduate of UCLA’s certification programs in Cinematography, Producing and Digital Media, he is also an alumnus of Werner Herzog’s Rogue Film School, was a student in Ryerson University’s inaugural New Media Studies program, business and creative consultant to a wide variety of tech companies, and has 30 years of experience as an actor in Hollywood. Keram has spoken about the intersection of technology and the arts, highlights include: NXNE, Cinegear Expo, the Toronto Star, Toronto Tech Week, CNE Innovation Garage, Digital Hollywood, Discovery Channel, Business News Network, CBC Morning, SiriusXM, Zoomer TV, ideacity, The New Yorker, and NAB, among others. He is also the editor in-chief of IndieGameReviewer.com, and founder of VR production company Transportive.Technology and Constant Change Media Group, a 360 media company and consultation firm with strong ties to both the Toronto & Los Angeles markets. He is also on Digital Hollywood’s Immersive Entertainment - Influencer Board of Advisors.

He most recently contributed essays to two books published in 2020: Dyscorpia: Future Intersections of the Body and Technology, Edited by Marilene Oliver and Daniel Laforest, Published by Dept of Art and Design, University of Alberta and Handbook of Research on the Global Impacts and Roles of Immersive Media (editors: Jacquelyn Ford Morie (All These Worlds, LLC, USA) and Kate McCallum (Bridge Arts Media, USA and Vortex Immersion Media, USA).
