Its been another year - is there even going to be a Metaverse in 2025?

We/ve invited back Sean Mann and company from RP1 to take us into the web based XR Platform they spoke about last year. We began to port the LA SIGGRAPH VR CAMPUS that we had running in HUBS for the last few years onto the RP1 World Grid.
This will be our first attempt at a hybrid meeting that will begin as a ZOOM call and then switch for attendees into the 3D World. All should work in browser/ and or VR HMDs. We will bleed the edge this meeting;)
So see you all at 7pm in Zoom and we'll take it from there!

It’s that time of year again when LA SIGGRAPH plans our whole year of meetings. We have the Joint Executive Councils meet to hear ideas and plug them into months, (September ‘25 through June ‘26).
If you have a Presenter that you would like to see, or a Topic that would be of interest to you, PITCH IT to us.
